Science Fiction Lovers Discussions: Archive of SF-Lovers Digest.
Speculative Fiction Clearing House: John Leavitt's still-in-progress attempt to build a comprehensive web server for speculative fiction stuff.
Vampyres Only: An archive of many things relating to vampires, maintained by Vlad III [sic].

The Carnegie Mellon English Server: Etexts on all subjects.
University of Michigan Etext archive: Lots of on-line texts, including zines and reviews from the newsgroup alt.book.reviews.
WELL (Whole Earth 'Lectronic Link) archive: Various things, including etexts by Bruce Sterling.
Wiretap sf archive: More etexts.
