The Amazingly Steampunk Spider-Men

steampunk-spiderman

Denis Medri’s illustration of a Steampunk Spider-Man has been making the rounds on the Internet lately and it is undoubtedly a cool take on the webslinger. (For people wanting to see more work by these artists, look for them on DeviantArt (except Jin Saotome who was on Toy Ark). I’m working on making the images link directly to the artist’s pages, but the plugin is fighting me, alas.)

I’ll have to see what other Steampunk superhero and villain remakes I can find. Any requests?

We haven’t seen any part of the line itself yet, but I can show you some of the lavish costumes Durran designed for the film. They are impressive.
